Eggs are not dairy….
There are a couple of plant based milks one is called a ripple. I don't like to have a lot of soy and I don't really like the taste of nuts so nut milks don't cut it for me. This 1 uses pea protein and I think it's delicious

Isn't yogurt dairy? If you look up the brand they state that they are a gluten free brand. So when you click on the peppermint yogurt covered pretzels it says nothing about being dairy free. This confuses me.
I am gluten and dairy free, I'm intolerant to both! I eat a lot of gluten free pretzels and crackers. I also eat lots of fruits and veggies, too. I also eat veggie soup, and shrimp wraps with corn tortillas. 😃
Eggs aren't considered dairy! 😀 They are an animal byproduct, but are not dairy.
I am to
Avocado salad! Avocado, tomato, green pepper, onion, garlic paste, cilantro, a little pepper, and lime juice. It is soooo good and so filling. It's a complete meal, trust me. It sounds "light" but it's not!
I am having a hard time finding gluten free products that don't contain with corn! The corn flour is too hard on my digestive system!
I enjoy Daiya cheeses and get Udi's gluten free pizza crust and make my own pizza.
I am GF & my best tip for you is to do your research on what exactly is already gluten free! a lot of companies are now marketing things as gluten free & raising the price because it is a specialty item…when it already was GF to begin with. Anddddd…shop at places that are over all healthy. like wegmans. Their wegmans brand food tells you right on the front if it is gluten free, dairy free, etc. Their prices are a lot lower when it comes to specialty items like that bc they are not considered specialty…they are just their normal products! does that make sense? Places like price chopper does not have as much healthy foods, so they charge more money for the healthier stuff bc it is considered specialty. I hope I made sense and this comment can help someone! xo

costco has amazing organic soy milk (i like the vanilla flavor) but they have plain as well and it lasts quite a bit I found (compared to a gallon of milk) ~$15 bucks for a package of soy milk 🙂
