Chai Latte (Serves 1)
1/2 cup chai tea (I used Tazo Chai Decaf Tea: https://amzn.to/2MsXgcH)
1/2 cup almond milk
dash of cinnamon
1 dropper full of (vanilla cream stevia: https://amzn.to/33ieZKQ)
1/4-1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring ( you can use vanilla if you would like) https://amzn.to/2ojaSPX

Blend until smooth. Serve. 🙂

Smoothie Recipe (Serves 2 64 oz)
4 packed cups spinach
5 cups pitted cherries frozen or fresh
2 cups almond milk
2 cups water
1 dropper vanilla cream stevia
1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring
Blend until smooth. Serve and be happy. 🙂

Cauliflower Fried Rice (6 Servings)
1/2 yellow onion chopped
1 large cauliflower riced
7 cloves garlic chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup spinach chopped
2 cups carrots chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup pease frozen or fresh
4 to 5 tablespoons coconut aminios
red pepper flakes to taste 1 thumb of ginger peeled and chopped (you can use dry ginger 1/2 to 1 teaspoon dry)
Salt or no salt seasoning optional
Vegetable broth for sautéing
Add ingredients to the pan and sautee until the vegetables have reached your desired consistency of doneness.

  2. Are your fibrods skrinking from this diet ? You actually are able to tel that they are skrinking ? Or did you already shrink them and u continue to eat well. Pls help
