  6. yeah so I signed upΒ for the free month of this program or whatever it is and a wk into it im already canceling. Not really what I expected. It may work for other people but im not a happy camper with it. Im still waiting on a response back from someone on how there has to be a easier way to cancel. I have go and print out pages of forms (I don't have a printer) then MAIL it out. I mean who the hell mails out letters still.

  7. Hey girl I really love your healthy eating videos! I know you try to follow the iifym plan I'm giving this a try but I'm having a hard time reaching my protein goal, I try to incorporate high protein things like chicken, cottage cheese, eggs etc. it seems like I go over my carbs before I get close to my protein goal. Do you always reach ur protein goals? Any tips?

  9. If you want ideas for healthy meals I've developed loads recently. I love the pizza topped butterfly chicken on salad or with veg it's so beautiful you would love it. Its just Breast of chicken butterflied and cooked through so say 15mins each side at 190 degree fan oven. Topping 4tbsp tinned tomatoe 4tbsp tomato purée some Italian seasoning put on top with cheese and cook for five more mins to let it all melt in and omg u will love it. On the same day I make this I make my spicy chicken because don't like wasting tinned tomato so for that it's just chicken into bite size pieces fried off sauce is 4tbsp tinned tomatoes 4tbsp tomatoe purée tbsp chilli powder tsp paprika two tbsp curry powder in a pot. When chicken is cooked through into the pan some veg of choice I do carrots baby corn celery mushrooms fry altogether about half cup of chicken stock and let it all cook and fry off then add to sauce mix in the pot and reduce in right down until completely thick. Enjoy 😘

I'm struggling with some really difficult mental health issues and am having trouble with loving myself and caring for myself, but watching your videos helps me to feel more motivated.   12. You should try going vegan maybe for a day or a week to start!
    (just make sure to eat bigger meals since plant foods have way less calories in them)
    One week I was like I'm going to try out being vegan for a week and see if it's true what those Vegan youtube's are saying haha!
    And now here I am… 8 months vegan and never going back πŸ™‚
