  1. What's your opinion on eating rolled oats to hit my carb macros? Would it be better for me to eat rice or potatoes instead or does it not matter? Side note: I already eat a lot of fruits and veggies

  2. I love this series so far. got a question when I get home from work at 1030 pm that's the time I find myself the most hungry. I do very well throughout the day but can't seem to control cravings when I get home. Whats a good thing to eat before bed? Or should I just not eat? I do so good throughout the day I normally have 1200- 1500 calories left yet
