  3. You seem to have a high opinion of your ability to read people. My advice is don't, trust me you are not smart enough to tell someone's on steroids based on what your brain perceives to be a guilty look.

  4. Well put, remain skeptical when they say they are natural. I think they may have experimented with steroids at one point in their lives or are on TRT which is the same as steroids because your injecting synthetic testosterone

  5. Happy I came across this clip. Youtube is good for this kind of info.

    My homeboy was previously bullied. He said he was gonna get bigger. I laughed… Right up until out of the blue he gained 40 pounds of full-strength muscle.   6. Steve is about the limit of genetic potential in terms of natural bodybuilding.
    Don't expect much more. He's got the diet, the training and the superb genetics helping him out I'd say with confidence he is natural.
    Someone like Ulysses Jr or whatever is 100% not natural, skepticism with an athlete like that is recommended.

  7. you got it all backwards homie. ALWAYS assume someone is natural unless otherwise proven. Does someone who has put in the hard work really deserve to be discredited just because of your own lack of competence? innocent until proven guilty. Just because you cant do it, doesnt mean someone else cant 😉

  8. ive met and talked to steve cook at an expo for ages he is such an awesome dude to talk to so interesting but im known by my friends to be a big guy muscular and pretty lean but this guy was at 100+ kgs or 225 pounds+ plus when i saw him and he was swole and lean but just looked like he was holding water i was at around 86-87 kgs and 7 -8 percent and he was looking leaner than i was at that weight so i just dont know what to think…hes my biggest inspiration but god damn haha makes you wonder
