Hello beautiful souls!!! In this video I show you a full day of easy Starch Solution meals for weight loss. I eat a whole food plant based diet and follow the work of Dr. John Mcdougal. Ive lost almost 70 lbs and regained my health. I used to be prediabetic, have high cholesterol, high triglycerides, and high blood pressure but not anymore.

IMPORTANT!!!!……It has been brought to my attention all the environmental issues that the production of palm oil is causing. Deforestation is a huge and sad consequence of this product and its causing the deaths of many species….as such I just simply can no longer recommend this vegetable bullion by Knorr. One of my viewers has suggested soup bases by a company Orrington Farms. I have ordered some of their products and will be reviewing them so for now here is a link to their products which are oil free and vegan.

Salad:
Greens
Grapes
Celery
Onion
Cucumber

Dressing:
1 can white beans drained and rinsed
2 tbsp dijon mustard
Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
2/3 cup water (more if you need to thing dressing)
Stevia drops or other sweetener of choice
blend until smooth

Oil Free Hash Brown Patties:
4 cooked potatoes mashed
1/2 -1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2-3 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
chopped green onions
mash potatoes and mix in rest of ingredients, form patties on parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 425 for 20-30 minutes flipping half way through. You can also freeze them raw or cook them and freeze them to reheat later in the oven. I enjoy them with ketchup

  1. I’m so happy I found your page. About 2 years ago I tried going vegan-ish for 9 months and lost 20 lbs. I was doing this without even realizing the starch solutions was a thing. Unfortunately I picked up bad bad habits and started eating meat again and gain back weight. I’m ordering this book and using your recipes for for help. Thank you!!!

    Trying to lose weight and having smooth digestion. I was eating tons of veggies and low carb but always hungry even with a bloated belly. Is sooo truth starches are very satisfying and i am way less gassy i love that. I been eating like this for a week the first thing i notice is my digestion is quiet lol 😆and feeling satisfied. I stopped counting calories it doesn't work.

  3. hi Kiki, I love your videos & recipes. I’ve been vegan for nearly 6 years & lost sight of how to eat so cleanly. I know it’s so important to eat low low or no fat to lose weight. as a young woman, I’m concerned about eating NO fat. I just want to know if it’s actually healthy for my cycle and my brain etc etc. I’m sure you get these questions all the time but I’d love to have some more insight on it

  4. Good snacks. Better than me I end up being bad and have put some weight back on. I was raw vegan for years then went plant based and have gained some back. And I don’t feel as well. Why I sabotage is beyond bad. Don’t know what to do other than do it. I am struggling. Grr. You are such a doll. I am loving your videos. You have great ideas.

  5. Hi Kiki….I 💕your channel. My husband and I went vegan July 5th 2019. My daughters husband developed a heart issue. He went vegan and Has not had meat in 17 months. He initially lost 50 lbs. I lost 13 lbs, my husband about the same. To get to the point, I became dissolutioned because I was hungry all the time. Little by little I have added chicken and fish 2 times a week and a lot of processed vegan food to our diet. I am ordering the starch solution book. I really think we can stick to it and be satisfied. Thanks for all your videos, I know it is hard work. 🤗

Which foods do you think helped your skin the best? Or was it a combination of all of the plant-based foods?

  7. What I like most about your videos is that they are very simple using commonly found ingredients. I also prefer to just be able to go to my fridge, freezer, or pantry, pick out a few ingredients, and eat! You've helped me so much with sauces and flavors. And now I have cabbage almost every day! I like to cut off a 1 inch wedge of cabbage, add a splash of water, and steam it in the microwave for 1 min. 30 seconds. Then, I chop it up and add it to whatever bowl recipe I'm eating. Thanks for the inspiration. And remember, folks – Kiki always reminds us that this is what works for her and that we can all choose otherwise if we want. Kiki, you are so gracious, and you speak so kindly to the rest of us. Keep up the great work!

  10. My go-to powdered vegetable seasoning is Vegeta in a bright blue bag or canister. I don’t know if it’s well-known to most Americans but is hugely popular in Eastern Europe. When I transitioned to plant-based eating I was happy to realize it’s vegan. It’s oil-free but does have msg if that’s something you’re concerned about. I’ve been seeing it more and more at my local grocery stores (Southern California) instead of just sourcing it at European grocery shops.
