    1. Mas maraming filler, instead na ipaliwanag yung step by step procedure ng deadlift.

    2. Imcomplete info sa form. Straight back is just 1 of the many components ng deadlift. Pano yung shin to barbell placement? Pano yung scapula position? Pano yung hip position?

    3. Dangerous. He just talked about the grip placement and back positioning. Kung beginner ka, hindi mo alam kung gaano na kalayo yung paa mo sa barbell.
