This video kicked my butt! But it was perfect because it was getting my heart rate up, I was sweating, and just when I thought I'd need to pause the video to take a break there were only a couple exercises left! Helped build up my endurance. I love it when you add variations to the moves too because then I can customize the routine to how my body is feeling.

I'm terrible at house decor but I do enjoy moving furniture around every now and then to mix things up.

I am so happy I discovered your channel! I have chronic tendonitis in my ankle and foot so most workouts I try have been too intense for me (and/or the choreography is in another language all together it seems! 😓). I became very discouraged and I quit exercising all together for almost 2 months. Your videos have inspired me to get moving and get healthy again! This video and your kickboxing video are my absolute favorite so far! The moves are so simple and easy to follow yet I really get my heart rate up with minimal stress to my body. I can honestly say I haven't been this optimistic about my health in a long time. THANK YOU! ❤️
