  1. Suzanne, just discovered your workouts at the beginning of this year, and am thrilled to finally find workouts that are do-able, and as a result, keep me motivated! As a beginner to regular exercise with fibromyalgia, chronic back pain (2 surgeries), and chronic fatigue, the biggest challenge I find is transitioning from the floor exercises to the standing and vice versa. Don't know if anyone else has such issues, but thought I'd mention, as I know you like feedback. (Maybe the floor exercises could be grouped together?) Please keep posting these wonderful, positive videos! You are an inspiration and role model for those of us dealing with chronic illness like yourself who are trying to feel better through a more healthful lifestyle. {Hugs} ๐Ÿ˜Š

Hi i just wanted to say thank you so much for your workouts, i have quite a few health concerns, including fibromyalgia and arthritis, i want to lose weight and just feel fitter, the other workouts out there no matter how "easy" they say they are, they are so painful to try, and you feel more depressed when you cant do it. this is not the case with yours, thank you for pushing me that little bit to exercise without me overdoing it or being flat on the floor in pain. i wish you all the best, and thank you again ๐Ÿ™‚
