  1. I know this is an old video but long story short I cut all meat minus shrimp in my transition to a plant based diet. 2 weeks pass and I feel my body less bloated and overall light and amazing! Then one day I wake up exhausted, I could literally sleep all day and I did for about 3 days straight before I gave in and added large amounts of fish to try to rebalance my unknown deficiency. I did some research and b12 keeps popping up on videos and online so I think I'll try that! Everything else felt great besides the brain fog and extreme exhaustion! Thank you for this video and the last one describing your symptoms I hope this works for me too!💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

  2. I have tried to go vegan so many times and I only last a few months due to extreme fatigue, it may be B 12 because I wasn’t taking supplements regularly, Going to look into this!

  4. I was B12 deficient as a meat eater so I supplement it every now and then, but after watching your video I think I should become more regular as I also feel tired etc.
    I'm glad your other results have improved. vegan diet is really good and healthy if you eat a nice variety and supplement vit D and B12.
    I'm really happy it wasn't anything serious or life threatening.

  5. Glad your feeling better!
    Small correction B12 is from the waste of a microorganism which animals digest when they eat the grass (so yes meat had it ) these days they actually give b12 to animals as they are defiant these days.
    But I'm so glad you found out what was going on for you and are feeling so much better so quickly 😊
