  1. If you don't want to calculate this – I don't care for it – just think like this : stop eating when you are 80 percent full. This is because your brain takes 15 minutes to fully register that you're full. This is how Asian keep themselves in slight calorie deficiency – when you think about it, if you're not calorie-deficient at X moment in time, then why would you eat? That's right. Train like you were FIGHTING!!

  2. One of the most amazing things about Bruce Lee's physique was the fact he actually was and looked 100% natural. He wasn't crazy huge nor did he care about having the most muscles or being the biggest. He was just cut up and very lean with solid muscle on him.

  3. I'll have to add His lat spread was wicked. His back was a big part of his physique and strength, I wouldn't be surprised if he could do one arm pull ups. I used to be able to do a full one arm pull up but I fell off lol

Your wrong buddy Chuck Norris would train with him and said that guy would train every day they train all night till The sun came up his stomack The reason hed train his ABS every day was kuz he believed u had to have strong core kuz every atack comes from The Center and had to have strong core to indure any punch and not be effected and strong body norris thought he was crazy kuz he would litterally train every day never resting he never did it to get muscles he would do it for his martial arts to make every atack he did deadly and powerful muscles just came in cuz of that need to research buddy and hed lift light but with awesome posture and different training then u see people at gym steady and relaxed and always un control
