How To Get A Body Like A Boxer

NUTRITION CALCULATOR: http://zendudefitness.com/zen-dude-fitness-calculator/

This video was almost entirely inspired by my training with a boxing coach as of late. It’s pretty insane how similar the boxing physique is to what we constantly promote here at Zen Dude Fitness. PLUS – you get to jump rope during your normal workout regimen – so that’s always a plus!

In this video we give you two training options..

1. How to train like a professional boxer

2. How to train to get the body of a professional boxer

The physique results are practically the same whether you choose to train like a boxer or just train to look like one. The difference is that with option two you will need to be much more conscious about your diet. As always – the only thing that will hold you back from the end result is… you guessed it. Not staying consistent. Plug into this regimen – put in the work – and you’re going to look straight ripped like a boxer!

  1. You don’t really need to lift weights for boxing, it’s actually up to you. Lifting too much heavy weights can slow down as you get more muscular/big. Btw, thats not actually how boxers train the way he’s telling us in this video.

  2. I worked out like a pro for 10 months. I was 230 lbs and got down to 165 lbs in 6 months. I started in Feb 19 and was at 165 in Aug 19. I would run 3 to 5 miles every morning, then go weight lifting a different muscle group everyday, then I would go train at my gym and do heavy bag drills, speed bag, jump rope, crunches, ab workouts, circuits, run with my bros from my gym, spar, stretch etc, I definitely reached my goal and the boxer physique and the beast shape and cardio of my life. So explosive and light on my feet. I got really skilled but I lost motivation. I'm back to 190 lbs Rigjt now.
