  1. Hi Ashley! I lack in self-discipline and I am aware that I need to train my brain to take over, I sometimes let the body decide what's best. The past is something I need to let go of, it takes a little while to do that though :). This was very motivating, I need to have more patience with myself. I hope you are having a lovely week ❀️!

Yeah just because u go to party don’t mean u have to eat everything u see dang I was gone do a video on this u beat me to it lmfaoooo I don’t bring junk food in my house my girl eats that stuff tho but my mind set is very strong do t bother me my will power is good yes the pass is the pass move forward give ur self a chance u are right! Yes working out eating right is definitely a mind thing avoiding doctor yes I’m definitely with that got to be patience
