Working out outdoors improves my mood alot more than gyms
I have found out that whenever i stop working out, my depression kicks in. I simply run and used to hit the gym.
Yoga has been very beneficial as it does help your body feel more relaxed especially when you’re at a job that comes with a lot of stress as your body does get very tense. Also the sauna and steam rooms after a workout give you some of the most refreshing feelings.
Sometimes I find if I’m feeling low, I just go for a run and instantly feel better
