  1. I really like this video, not just for weight loss but just healthy habits for everyone. I am starting out super slow, just trying to go on a walk every day after work and eat healthier meals. Because sometimes on busy days at work I would skip breakfast and lunch, never exercise, and then wonder why I'm always tired…So I appreciate the inspiration and healthy habit ideas!
