    does anyone know?
    right now im your typical chubbster who is trying to lose some belly and chest fat. i always stayed lean from Boxing, but since i stopped. its been increasingly hard to maintain a healthy weight. i never needed to worry about what i ate because my workout was always enough. so i have absolutely no clue about what foods are good. just rumors

  2. God. This is the best food tip for this year .. i felt related to all what u said whenever my diet is simple and consistant i lose weight like crazy . Lately i've been into trying to find "new foods,smoothies and stuff" .. and its actually distracting me from my goals .. ✌
