FITNESS | Update #5 | Finally seeing results!

Finally! Another fitness update! I’ve been consistently working out and tracking the foods that I eat since mid December. Losing weight is tough, and it can be a particularly slow process when you have hypothyroidism and PCOS. But I’m hanging in there and finally starting to see some real results and feel comfortable in my body again. I really hope this will help inspire other people who are on this same journey to stick with it and to not give up.

  7. @Samantha Vay Super informative video! I appreciate you sharing your journey! I started lifting weights last September and I'm just now seeing tiny results like you. I've only lost like two or three pounds , this whole time. And I first I gained weight ! Now losing that. And I was tracking! It's very frustrating to not see results on the scale, but I do see the Body recomp happening. So I'm glad that you shared what your coach said about that with us.   8. Congratz on finally seeing results. I've been watching you since the beginning of this journey, and I wanted to command you for not giving up. The sun always makes things better doesn't it? I always felt that spring and summer are the seasons to feel good and see results in anything I do (starting from nail and hair growth, and ending with weight changes) maybe because I was born in the summer, who knows. I'm so happy for you, and hopefully on yoir next fitness update, you will have more results to share.
