Eria was not as strong as I had hoped. I mix with PEA HCL and hordenine and DMHA for a pre-workout pick me up. It definitely adds some good vibes and focus to my workouts.
Ive tired Eria Jarensis, and for me, it lasts too long to workout in the evening.
