  1. My goodness you're living on powders and supplements, this is rubbish. This s not living in my opinion, so disappointed. This is not sustainable. What happens long term? Why are you cleansing? What are you cleansing? More hype, dollars out.

  2. You are a fantastic inspriation to those out here that need to see there is light at the end of the 'diet' tunnel. Thank you for sharing such a personal journey with us. You are so right that not any one plan works for everyone. Isagneix has been my saving grace for more then just weight loss, but just overall health. You look fantastic Monika. Thank you again. Blessings <3

  3. You look fantastic Monika, so happy you found something that works for you. What do you eat for your fork and knife meal, protein, salad and veggies? So it’s basically low/no carb meals, right? I’m still trying to figure out what would work for me.😘

  4. Very interesting! I started w/IF (intermittent fasting) when I was a tight sz 10 about a yr ago and was amazed at the results and how much I loved fasting. So I stretched out the fasting times and became an OMAD (One Meal A Day) person. I went keto for about 2 months and along the way found that carnivory aka zero carb worked even better for me. I initially got to a sz 4 very quickly on OMAD and am now a sz 0! I am 5'3", 105-108 lbs, BMI of 17. I watch Snake Diet (language alert lol) and now live a fasting focused lifestyle bc all food ages us, terrible isnt it? I also watch Frank Tufano for his incredible nutritional knowledge about carnivory. I cheat sometimes but on Sunday when I watched the Oscars (watching this in late Feb) I had very little food here and my son still eats lots of carbs so I had a long cheat day. Oh my, did I feel terrible. Bc once yr body is clean you really can't eat sugar or carbs (the SAD) without paying for it. I also dry fast whenever I get a slight headache but also most of each day. Water is so overhyped, we dont need as much as they tell us, but the quality of water needs to be high also. Dry fasting faded my age spots so I do IDF as well. Pretty restrictive and I never had a health problem such as diabetes and I am looking forward to a longer, healthier life. So glad to meet another woman who is taking good control of her nutrition!! ~~Love, Chanel

  5. My Apple Watch overheated on me this week. I was in the office and it was feeling weird on my wrist. I took it off and it was 🥵 hot. I can’t get it to charge now, but I’ll try again. It’s the 1st or 2nd generation. 🙁

  6. Monika it doesn’t matter that you are 64….this resonates a million times over with this 45 year old. Thank you 🙏🏻
For me, calories in and out definitely count. I tried Keto and it was awesome for a bit, then it wasn’t.
It’s a non stop journey (thank goodness, right?!).
My best friend and her husband use isogenics (not sure about the spelling) and they LOVE it.
I did a water fast mimicking 5 day cleanse recently that sounds like your 2 days. It was actually awesome (after lol).
I’m definitely going to check out your website. This looks so good!!

  7. Great video Monika! I appreciate your input. I’ve been on lifetime WW maintenance for a year!
This program works for me, but we all have our goto✌️ You look fabulous!
    Thanks for the great video.

  8. Hi Monica, take it from a 68 year old on keto, you are right about the need for motivation. My greatest motivation is seeing the results in how I feel, how clothes fit, and the scale. I enjoy exercise and am retired, so I can exercise every day and therefore pretty much eat a full keto based diet. At the same time, it's just counter-intuitive to eat tons of butter and other fats, so I don't do that. I also do intermittent fasting, which really works for me. God bless!

  9. Thank you, Monica. You are so right, once you get off the wagon it is so hard to get back on. But, it's a new day, a new dawn, and I'm back on the keto. Thanks for the motivation.

  10. Great information, it is definitely working for you. You don't look drawn, by that i mean your face is not looking dreadful. I watched a u tuber probably 6 months ago. She was exercising more than normal, to her. Her face looked dreadful. Off to get Botox next. Put me right off. Good Job your doing it right. xxx💖💗💝

  11. First off: Congrats on your weight loss and sharing your journey and before photos with others. I subscribed (yay)….and watched as you talked about your journey. I also popped in on the isogenic website (curious me). The morning drink and shakes I can probably do, but the cleanse part I truthfully am gun-shy as I had a bad gut infection (C-diff) 2 years ago followed by hair loss and then colitis and my ability to walk for any length of time, no Dr. knows why. So I am very cautious about what I put in my tummy. Is the monthly cleanse a really important part ? Can one just purchase individual items or do you have to buy the whole system ?

  12. Oh Monika you are just the best at explaining your lifestyle with a great sense of humor. You look so much younger and vibrant. So nice to see what works for you. I'm slowly making changes to drop about 25 lbs. Those bakery aromas are one of life's pleasures. I used to bake all of our bread. That apple watch is gorgeous with those adorable bands. I've been thinking about making the investment in an Apple watch. Thanks for the encouragement. Sending hugs my sweet friend ….Sherry

  13. Awesome video! I'm so happy it's working out for you and seems not too hard for you to contunie doing. Btw, is your watch very hard to program? I'm doing Keto, but it's been a plateau for months and I've been tweaking it. You look fabulous . . . love the hair! It's great this plan is working for you. Can you buy some of the things on the program and not all? To combine with other shakes that I already have? thanks for explaining everything. Hugs and a great day!

  14. Hi Hun, I absolutely agree with you, diet should be replaced with lifestyle. Yes much motivation is needed and most definitely what works for one does not work for all. I’ve tried many diets over the years, although I’ve never tried Keto. Do you remember the F Plan diet, oh lord are we that old? lol. For me its definitely less calories in than out and I make sure those calories are spread out over most food groups. I also take supplements.
Thank you for being so honest with us Monika, Big Hugs xxxxxxx🌹🌹🌹🌹

  15. Wow, that opening image was way back. We sure were different looking back then. Glad we have changed our eating habits. You look great. Thanks for researching all our healthy habits. I just need to get motivated again for the spring.

  16. Good Morning Monika, wow you look fabulous, looking at your before and after pictures I can honestly say that you look 20 years younger woohoo!! Thank you for sharing your tips and tricks on how you manage to remain motivated. You are absolutely right, weight loss is not about a so-called 'diet', it is a lifestyle change and a frame of mind. I started Keto last July but have morphed into a low-carb lifestyle and it has been working beautifully for me. Happy Tuesday my sweet friend. Love & hugs, Nathalie xoxo

  17. Hi Monika, Interesting hearing what your doing. Glad it’s working for you. Yes, it has to be a lifestyle. You look awesome. I try and live a low carb lifestyle. One day one meal at a time. Have a great Tuesday….. 💕
