  1. This is great. I have a 2 & 4 year old & I dont get much sleep. I am a CNA. I was starting to have a hard time hiding my exhaustion and irritation with my job. I dont smoke and didn't want to start, but had to do something or quit. Within 3 days I felt like i did before the lack of sleep and 2 kids. My supervisor even commented on how great i am with all the residents. I love this stuff, job saver!

  2. Ashwagandha has been a godsend! I am such a reluctant pill taker and most importantly a skeptic when it comes to products of this nature. I was prescribed Xanax and did not want to take it on a consistent basis, or any basis at all.

    My anxiety has subsided to almost undetectable levels and situations, especially work situations, that would have send me spiraling down are just a minor discomfort these days. I can't say enough about this supplement and I will continue to use it for years to come.

    The only change I made for myself is that I take one pill in the morning and one in the evening (regular dosage is two pills at once). I am sure everyone has the most optimal dosage and this works very well for me.

  3. I've been using it for around a year.
    It works for me and it's not placebo.
    I use health4all products which contain 1300mg dried herb per capsule. I take five capsules. Works best after weight training when my nervous system is stretched. Less stress. All good. Thanks for putting the information out.
