Thank you for exposing the harmful effects of air-frying because I was thinking of buying an air fryer. Now that I know the truth about it, I will stick to my healthy cooking methods: Chicken and vegetables in the crockpot; brown or himalyan rice in a stainless steel rice cooker with a stainless steel vegetable steamer on top.
So from saying that yes if increase the cancer development to “it might be more healthy”
